Customer Service Award!

I received the first products from my shopping spree last week -- the turntable and the cut paste from Bonsai Outlet. I must tell you again - and only because I am so impressed - these people know how to do business right! Customer Service and attention to detail are the keywords!!! Now that I have what I feel I need (wire and training pots should arrive in the next day or two...), I am scheduling some time this weekend to butcher my trees - solo! A little scary, but I think (hope?) I've read enough to get me through!
